Nankivell et al developed equations for estimating the glomerular filtration rate (GFR) for a diabetic patient who has undergone simultaneous transplantation of pancreas and kidney. The authors are from the National Pancreas Transplant Unit at Westmead Hospital in Sydney, Australia.
