Dyspepsia is a feeling of upper abdominal pain or discomfort and can be assessed by use of a multidimensional questionnaire. The following instrument consists of 4 scales measuring different aspects of dyspepsia and its impact on patients. Initially starting with 18 questions, 4 were discarded and 14 were used in the final version.
