Description

Increased urinary excretion of oxalate or urate may be associated with increased risk of nephrolithiasis. Matos et al identified the upper limit of normal (at 95% level) urinary excretion of oxalate and urate relative to urinary creatinine. The authors are from Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Vaudois (CHUV) and Lausanne University in Switzerland.
